Dearness Gardens is proud to offer custom landscape designs for your home and can help you with any project no matter the size. We will take you through the design process in a clear, uncomplicated, and affordable way.
Dearness Gardens has always offered design services, but for 2011 we have updated our program to be more innovative and to save you money!
DETAILS AND RATES:
CONSULTATION - A flat fee of $50.00 is due at the initial consultation appointment. At this time we will discuss your needs and desires for the landscape, as well as measure the proposed site(s) for our Plant Credit Plan.
LANDSCAPE DESIGN – In exchange for your custom landscape design, you simply purchase a Dearness Gardens gift certificate in an amount based on the square footage of the intended landscape site (see below). You then use the certificate to purchase plants or materials for this design or any other project you choose.
Our Plant Credits Plan allows you to put your design investment back into your landscape where it belongs!
Plant Credits
- Up to 100 square ft. - $100.00 Plant Credit
- A small perennial border, accent bed, indoor/outdoor container planting. - 101- 500 square ft. - $250.00 Plant Credit
A focal bed, large mixed border, entry accents, large container planting. - 501-1000 square ft. - $500.00 Plant Credit
- Small yard, foundation planting, small fountain area - 1001 + square ft. - $500.00 plus an additional $50.00 per 100 square ft. over 1001
- Full design for front and/or back yard, large accent planting, large fountain area.
